CC is pathetic. Dont bother calling their 1-800 no. Get the no. of the JTO/Technician and call them instead.

Goes down everytime it rains. random disconnects/slow downs etc . CC is useless. I'm capped to 22kB even tho i'm paying for a 256k conn. They are told say that there's a server problem everytime someone calls. I even called them when it was WORKING and they gave me the same reply. Dont get this.

Well look at his ISP info, it clearly mentions both the ISPs he has mentioned the info about. Any case he has just 2 posts, that is hardly trying to increase his count.
