Broadband users in Mumbai, please read

If you live in Mumbai, can you please ping 72.233.91.124? I'm moving to Mumbai soon, so I'm trying to find a broadband provider with the lowest ping to my favorite game server.Please post your average ping and ISP.Thanks!
