BSNL 3G: 3.6 MB data Card or 7.2 MB data card...how to tell?

I got a BSNL 3g connection along with a 7.2 MB data - the one that bsnl has on offer..Huawei. Now I am not sure if I have been short sold....bcos the packaging is quite cheap and one doesn't really know if it is a 3.6 MB card or a 7.2 MB card!!How does one find that out??

Insert into PC and check it. Once connected, the network speed will be shown as below
