I got a New 3G Sim card on 14/12/2010, i got free 3G internet.... but on 20/12/2010 its got disconnected and got debited on the 6th day only... my balance also gone in negative... means almost Rs.33/- got deducted... i also spoke to the CC @ 1503 (4 times), but while they check my record (mean while they put on hold) its getting disconnected... either they are disconnecting purposefully that they cannot answer as problem with their system? :(

Free unlimited promotional offer is valid for 7 days starting from date of activation.
CC people are useless and they will disconnect call if they cannot provide a solution. Try talking to Nodal Officer, Bangalore region on 080-22862345.
 
Problem is Nodal Officer does not pick call. I tried some ten times for raising a complaint related to billing. You will have to be very lucky. Looks like Nodal Officer is a very busy man doing some other work during office hours :cry:
 
It is 100 times better to personally visit BSNL office and get this resolved. Calling CC on 1503 is just waste of time!

I visited BSNL office twice earlier. The officer was not in office and no one was aware when he is gonna come back. Some said after lunch time and some said he has gone to visit other BSNL branch office. Once i am in BSNL office, i feel like im in an RTO office or other registrar office. Thats how environment is in bangalore jayanagar office. I dont know about other place. Even though you are paying BSNL for services, their officers behave as if they are doing some charity.
 
Its the same everywhere. You need patience :) When you loose patience, ask for the higher up and meet the Customer Care department at their office
