Bsnl 3G data unbilled data usage

Below portal is for tracking BSNL 3G data unbilled data usage
http://portalcc.bsnl.in/UsageDetails/aspxfiles/queryUsageDetails.aspx
It was working fine for some time. But for most of the time I get error stating that "Invalid Mobile Number and Account no combination. Please try with correct information." even though I give correct information.
Why it is not working and gives this error. Anything needs to be done. Plz help me in this regard.
