BSNL 3G: Download good..BUT browsing poor WHY

HiI am from chennai. I have recharged 4200 unlimited online from bsnl portal for 6 months..and it working now...Now actual thing is that..Download speed is really good...WHY IS BROWSING IS SO SLOW.. even google takes time...can somebody tell me me wht is main technical issue..any setting I have to changePrasanth

There is problem with BSNL3G since the past 1 month! Everyone from the south zone is getting 2G kind of speed! What we have heard is that some upgradation is going on for speed upto 14.2mbps! So as of now just wait.Regarding setting kindly check APN: bsnlnetAnd try using OPEN DNS or google's DNS! Might help! And u using in mobile or modem?
