BSNL 3G frequent remote server disconnection problem... :(

Hi.. I use a Nokia c5-00 to connect my pc, its transfer rate is around 3-4mbps even at peak hours and my network strength is around 97-99% always. Every hour or so it gets either one of the two problems

1) It disconnects by itself
 
Problem got solved today.... seems these occasional hiccups were caused due to them testing out some major up-gradations to the existing systems.
 
i want to know which software r u using for auto reconnect and if u can give me the download link then it would be greatly helpful....
