BSNL 3G IS NO LONGER STATIC IP IT IS NOW Switched to DYNAMIC IP

Just tried 3 times and got 3 different IP's under 60 seconds.MY IP traveled from New delhi to kanpur to lucknow, didn't tried more else it would have been around the India in 60 seconds.218.248.64.1xx218.248.64.1xx218.248.64.2xx

All these IPs are static IPs . I am also getting these IPs and it changes as i connect each time . Bsnl is using proxy for 3g users . so these are the ips of proxy servers . people are now getting these ips because there are too many users under bsnl 2G&3G . so this is called load balancing . as each time u connect it finds the proxy server which have less load and connects to it . If any one used BSNL EVDO from before then they must be aware of these as first bsnl used these proxy or static ip then it starts giving public ip .the problem with these static or proxy ip is that at user end u will get private ip (Ex-10.X.X.X) but they all connected to one single public ip. So its very difficult to use torrent with private ip .As if some one want to connect to u he cant pass through this proxy ip . But if u have private ip (dataone/Evdo etc ) then any one can directly connect to u easily .

In Bangalore, I am always getting one IP - 218.248.84.XX

still facing the shared static IP issue , not able to download from RS or filesonic as free user !!

ya that problem also comes for free users . As RS or FS can see only the ip 218.248.xx.xx but behind that ip there are so many users accessing for free service .anyway ckr 97 how is ur 3G going on ! ! ! From last month i am facing continuously disconnect problem and there is always packet drop in ejipura area .

thanks , but i do use fileserve premium so not an issue !

the disconnection and speed drops are still going on , not able to trace a pattern in this !!

Happy New Year to you all and not to bsnl 3g i guess. after 3days of holiday when i came back thought the net issues will be fixed and it seems like it hasn't. speed varying very much.yeaps my ip is travelling from delhi gujarat pune and on
