BSNL 3G is now offering unlimited data for Rs. 1099 (Rs. 156 for 2GB/Rs. 549 for 10GB)

Anyway to complain about it. Its really painful to bear such speeds nothing seems to work

I am getting the same speed in Nagpur its go to 10 for a sec then comes back to 2.5mpbs srs wtf? -_- (In SpeedTest)
I am also getting H+ signal.
 
Nah speeds are same 2.42mbps even after doing a fresh recharge of 498rs. Funny thing is I am getting same speeds on airtel, vodafone, docomo and bsnl all four give me same 2.42mbps on different handsets. Dont know what is happening maybe the tower I am connected to is having problems or a lot of people are congesting the network. Even more funny is that Jio is giving 10mbps speeds now.
 
Yes I also thought it was weird but since all the sim are in different devices and still give same speed I am thinking something is wrong with the tower for a month now.
 
In Mumbai also same thing happened whats happening in Nagpur its starts from 10 mpbs,stays there for 2 sec then goes to 2.5 mpbs i think they capping the speed :(.
In Nagpur its hard to get good speed broadband with large fup,now downloading games from steam is big pain,all games i buyed need to download 40 gb fml. ;(
 
Exactly the only reason I need High Broadband with High fup is for downloading games. No pirated games, movies or such. I cannot download games I bought in steam and Uplay cause of 250kbps and this too is not constant. Bsnl is now capping speeds for sure but I dont have any other option so I am stuck.
 
Yes has used it for two times, each time has to face a lot of problem with this recharge, regular speed drop issue maximum time connection gets time out you can't download big files or say files above 300mb, nor even you can stream continuously .. the plan is super cool but service is the area which it lacks BSNL has to work on this, at least no one can trust it as a primary connection for work it will always stay as second choice even Aircel works uninterrupted has tried but Aircel doesn't have such plans or would have used it Aircel Rs499/- has 20GB Limit.

Can You Tell me the plan and it's availability, true unlimited is only With BSNL no other operators are offering the same ..
