bsnl 3g speed is 384 kbps max

i contacted customer care and they said it gives maximum speed of 384 kbps in chennai and if i go outside chennai connection goes back to edge or gprs. i am soon buying this bsnl 3g and i will update you all about its actual speed. until then take care
