Torrent speeds on 384 kbps plan?

Thanks for the help guys.No I haven't done port forwarding yet.I'll try that out.I seem to get the same peeds at night too I use utorrent and have a beetel 100bx1 . Would that affect speeds?

the best thing is the free-wifi...I can download 1.5 gig on the mobile in the night itself.without keeping the laptop on at night
