Bsnl 500c speed problem

I have bsnl 500c broadband plan(night unlimited)
and
i am getting very slow speed in night about(90-110 kbps)
but
normally i got speed above (200-220kbps) in night.
I also made a complaint to number 1500 but problem is not sort out yet.

Plz guys help me if u can

excepts 2-8 am then the speed is about 200-290kbps!!!!!!
why is it so???????? help me!!!!!!

There are many smart users, like you, who use schedulers/
download Managers to download from torrent sites !
TEST: Start at 0145AM and stop at 0230 AM,
Restart modem at 0300AM etc
check the speed.
Check whether in usage portal Day/NU d/l is shown separately!
Or connect to Internet say at 0730AM
disconnect at 0830AM restart 0900AMetc.
Check speeds here and get a graph. ( record)

meetdilip thanx bro.........

and @ essebe i start modem at almost 11:30pm and start schedular at 2:05 am and stop modem at 8:00 am .....now why i get low speed
