Bsnl added new peering exchange point at DE-CIX

As BSNL only had been peering through NIXI, they have added DE-CIX Mumbai to the list according to peering DB. Now I think the services of BSNL are going to improve. Also, they have added a POP at GPX global systems Mumbai.

Decix listing is old ....maybe NIXI peering is new. I think @sloj pointed out the same thing in other thread

We are waiting for BSNL to introduce their services and FTTH plans in Mumbai.
