since last few days my ADSL light keeps blinking never stays stable. my phone line is ok (no noise/distortion). i can make calls and receive.
But one strange problem is when i make a call from my mobile to my broadband activated number at that time the adsl light holds stable for some time , after the call ends the adsl light goes off.
i called the bsnl lineman to check he said its a grounding/earthing problem in line. he doesn't have a earthing meter to check where is the grounding problem .
Now i wants to know is it a grounding problem or fault from exchange side.
my TP-Link router values are :-
Downstream - upstream
SNR Margin : 25.0 - 7.0 db
Line Attenuation : 50.0 - 31.5 db
Data Rate : 2048 - 480 kbps
Max Rate : 6752 - 692 kbps
CRC : 0 - 0
