BSNL Amazon Prime Offer Issue

Hi all,

Recently I upgraded to Superstar 300GB Plan of Rs.749 which comes with Amazon Prime Subscription. But I am getting error after it redirects from BSNL Amazon Prime subscription page where we enter landline and otp. Once I click on Activate Amazon Prime.. It redirects to some random site and gives the error as shown in attached pic.

What to do in this case? My plan was changed yesterday only.

Some said to me that the Amazon prime offer is discontinued by bsnl

Better call them.. To broadband customer care.. My call isn't connecting. Can you try on their toll free number

Okay I called them.. One of them said coz of Lockdown its an application error. Should work from tomorrow. LOL. Lets try tomorrow.

Yeah well i am still facing the same issue..may be its because lockdown has extended...and there are more issues with my bsnl broadband..I am not getting more than 200kbps even tho my plan is 899/- 12 gb cul..and i am also getting high ping and lag in pubg..dont know what adsl settings to use

BSNL has launched the Amazon prime membership offer again on 20th april 2020 but still its giving same error.

Looks like Prime offer is discontinued, there is a message on http://kerala.bsnl.co.in

The Amazon prime subscription along with all broadband plans above Rs 750 is no longer available
