BSNL BB very slow since 7 March 09 any problem reported ?

My BSNL BB connection is running very slow since 7 March 09 any problem reported ?Cable cut or something similar.

i also got this kind of problem week before. i registered a complaint online on To Contact PG Officers click on this link more and within 24 hours my problem solved. after complaint i got 2 calls from them and then they sent one person to check my connection.

if you register complaint on exchange it won't resolve as fast as this one.
bec when you complaint on the given link this will go to the circle officer(I think) and then he call in exchange to clear the problem.
register complaint on given link. that site also contains many phone numbers(if you like to talk to them).

Keep your fingers crossed. bec i got my problem solved with in 24 hours. your problem might take a while bec of holi festival. no worries enjoy the festival. i think tomorrow they will see in to your problem.

so are you happy with the complaint method. i think online complain is better then complaining in to the local exchange
