I changed my plan from 1350 ULD to 2150 ULD in the hunt for a high FUP plan. BSNL has recently revised the plans so I thought it will good to go with a 100 GB cap plan.I shifted on 18th April, I was charged 3660 rupees in the last month billing i.e. for May. I had a convo with some CC after complaining online, he said I was overbilled as I paid 1350 advance when I opted for 1350 ULD back in Feb 2011 so I'll not have to pay full 2150 again. He said I'll get a new bill with correct amount, Its been 3 weeks still nothing.I haven't paid he bill yet, I know if I pay the full I should expect my money gone for good. The BB will be disconnected by 7th prob. if I don't pay. I don't have time to visit the BSNL center as I have exams going on.What should I do? Suggestions?

i guess CC is wrong!! when ever u upgrade to a higher plan u need to pay full security deposit(correct me if i am wrong).. wneh u surrender BSNL LL they will repay u all the security u have paid..

I'm not very sure on this. I keep changing plans but I'm always charged on pro rata basis, they haven't asked me for any security, except the 1000 odd bucks I paid when I first took the connection.

Last year I upgrade to 1350 and I was charged1350, now 2150. So when I'll surrender my modem + LL I'll be paid 1350 + 2150 + 500 ( which I opted in 2009)
