Hi All,

I had changed the password of my fiber connection using the portal http://fuptopup.bsnl.co.in/. Then I updated the password in the router/ONU. Now I am unable to connect to the internet. I have also tried using the old default password (Password: password) but that also does not work.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Tried reboot the fiber device? Waited for few minutes?

That's strange, the password change is instant and I had no issues. Make sure that the password you entered is same as the changed one. The last resort might be to contact BSNL to have it Reset.

One thing to try is use a different browser or disable all extensions like adblock and others then try configure your fiber device.

Also just to check, are you able to login to fuptopup.bsnl.co.in page itself with new password? Ifv yes then change password to another one once more.

What is the error message you see on pppoe page, if any?

the topup page works only for a specific sets of ip’s that is when u r connecting through Bsnl. He lost his connection, so he won’t be able to login right?

I just wanted to see if it was failing on ont but working on website

@vishalrao Nice pointer, nonetheless the OP most probably will not be able to do it, maybe unless otherwise it's tried via another BSNL IP that has been allocated to that particular geolocation by BSNL. (May be from a local friend's place who has BSNL Bharat fibre or the BSNL local exchange itself.)
