BSNL Broadband Account Manager went kaput

i just got my h500c plan this month and the usage details were showing correctly till yday. now it says No Usage Records Found For MAR-2009. what does this mean???
am checking my usage using BSNL - Broadband Account Management

Both the sites are showing No usage. I think they are doing some maintenance.

Dear Node-In-Charge,Plan change advice note entry,view usage,activations,suspension,reactivation and termination activities will not happen from 22.00hrs on 13-March-2009 to 18.00hrs on 14-March-2009 due to regular maintenance activity.Regret for the inconvenience
so they wont count downloads during this time ???
