What do you think happened with ONT.
I just opened it.It has shorting at various places...
Gonna hit the shopkeeper on head...
I will get Syrotech this time.
Looking forward for ecom relaxation.
Yupp...but how to connect my HDD to c6.
I want to have a server....is there any other router around 3k which is better than c6 with usb port.
Else will get c6 soon.

If your LCO doesn't have Syrotech OLT , don't go for syrotech

The LCO is stupid.
Still not updating the OLT with latest update despite repeated request because previous update created bootloop and he did not know anything.Thus services interrupted for 2 days and solved by sharpvision personnel.

Here it is...Two horns....Very cheap in quality but did not matter until it went KAPUT...
By the way...what does kaput means???
And it is xpon...thus loving it...

This looks a bit different, but Sharp Vision has a similar model as GPON ONT ONU WITH TELEPHONE WIFI INTERNET LAN FTTH

That's the common ONT given to everyone all over India under different brands (Netlink, Syrotech, DBC, Digisol and what not), all comes from the same chinese OEM

@varkey just for the sake of curiosity, what would one powerful non-generic ONT reasonably priced?

Cost varies per ports and other specs.
I mean cost vary if it is xpon or GPON or GEPON.
Also,POTS and power over Ethernet is also a factor.
But if the same ont which I have is improvised from this generic design.I would be asking 2200 rs for it provided I create a better design for airflow....you know...the design is very bad per se sitting on table....
It is also not one of the best for hanging ont.
