I have a PRONET 101E/U Modem
and below is my ADSL Statistics

SNR Margin (dB): 7.0 9.0 Attenuation (dB): 14.0 6.0 Output Power (dBm): 19.6 10.7 Attainable Rate (Kbps): 2464 700 Rate (Kbps): 2048 512 K (number of bytes in DMT frame): 65 17 R (number of check bytes incode word): 0 0 S (RS code word size in DMT frame): 1 1 D (interleaver depth): 1 1 Delay (msec): 0 0 Super Frames: 2831 2829 Super Frame Errors: 4 42 Words: 0 0 Correctable Errors: 0 0 Uncorrectable Errors: 0 N/A HEC Errors: 1 16 OCD Errors: 0 0 LCD Errors: 0 0 Total Cells: 232622 0 Data Cells: 219 0 Bit Errors: 0 0 Total ES: 44 0 Total SES: 20 0 Total UAS: 279 0

Plz help... !
which Mod mode selected ? TRY GDMT ( select DSL from menu)

GDMT is selected....are the attn and SNR values in limit????and btw i havnt connected my modem thro an ADSL splitter...its kind of a splitter but i dnt know if its an ADSL splitter it a small box(kind of T junction) one goes to the modem and and other one to my phone....the problem is whn the net disconnects sometimes it dials again(have set the dialling attempts to max i.e. 999999 and time interval to 30 sec)but sometimes it does not reconnect any help here???

SNR is a bit low. Ask the line man to give a clean line (without joints and non insulated parts).

Had the same problem. changed the modem settings from ADSL2 to G.DMT, FDM Mode and Bitswap-Enable and it worked fine!
