BSNL Broadband: Are these SNR good?

My D-Link 502T shows following stats for my BSNL broadband. Your SNR values are a bit low. Attenuation is a bit high. Which should be otherwise. Do you face any disconnection problems.

Yes you are right. I'm facing lot of disconnection problem. What are values generally everyone is getting on BSNL?

My Values are : SNR Margin (dB): Downstream 30.0 Upstream 11.1 Attenuation (dB)ownstream 17.0 Upstream 6.7 Output Power (dBm)ownstream 12.4 Upstream 15.5 Attainable Rate (Kbps): Downstream 23716 Upstream 1104 Rate (Kbps)ownstream 8190 Upstream 1021 I consider these pretty good.Wat do you all say?

But one observation here, disconnection are frequent in night time only i.e. during day time disconnection occurs after 30-50 mins while in night its after 5 -7 mins.
