bsnl broadband asdl siemens c2110 usb driver installation problem

My PC / Laptop was working alright but i had problem with the C drive and had to be reformatted with windows XP. After reformating, i am unable to install the usb driver as while installing it is showing "A problem has occured during installation of the software and your hardware may not work properly" and immediately it is getting uninstalled. i want to know how the installation the problem be overcome. Can it be downloaded by some other means?

Can you upload your drivers to some filehosting site, so that i can see. C2110 is very much like ZTE ZXDSL831AII, it may be possible the drivers for both modems are same.
If this is the case you can install driver manually like this

This process is commen for Windows XP/Vista/Windows7

There may be problem of USB Port/USB cable as for proper installation of drivers, modem must be on and properly connected while required during installation.

In my case ZTE ZXDSL831AII usb modem driver installer refused to work on vista / windows 7
