BSNL Broadband Billing Period Confusion

LCO gave me the Fibre Connection on 26th April 2021 but in my First Invoice, the Billing Period mentioned for the April month was from 23rd April 2021 to 30th April 2021. I am a bit confused as to why I am being charged 3 days extra before my Physical Installation Date??

see when you have submitted your documents and it takes 15 mins to make account in your case your account was formed and your were made to wait 3 days for installation so bnsl keep record of only account creation date not installation date so you can't get refund or adjustments to that

what can you do - talk to lco try to get money from him or he will do something as amount will not be more than 100 rs so if you are ook you dont want to waste your time in these

@Techy_guy True. I paid the security amount on 21st April. I find it weird as both Installation Date and my Payment Date is mentioned on the First Invoice but still, they chose the latter one as the default for the billing period. But You are right, there's no point in asking for that money from LCO which roughly comes around Rs70.
