BSNL Broadband Charged me for Night Free Period. What to do??

for downloads i have a very better option i have configured my like a timer i automatically starts my pc from stand by mode at 2 am and download all the stuff and disconnects on less speed automatically shutdown at 8 intal a remote control software for my windows phone this software show me the total screen of my pc like when at night often when i wake up i see all the status of download stop the upload but recently i applied for a new wifi enabled modem for access of internet in parallel two u need to feed the user id and password inside the modem like when the dsl link comes it dails for the intenet connection automatically without any pc for that purpose i need have to dial for internet these days but this so the problem started my pc stated its download at two and next morning saw that bsnl finally fu*** me with so much intelligence this bsnl make worthless softwares u can see in the next image it have changed form charged to free the previous day see this

here the software worked fine my dailed at 1:26 but at 2:00 it automatically shifted to free more the very next day this doesnt happend

I am sorry but you cannot sue them. You have to restart your modem at or after 2 am. This is a prob at their end. You had got to atleast disconnect and reconnect the internet at 2 am. To be on the safe side, always reconnect at 2.10 am.

Your logic seems rather absurd, BSNl advertises 2am to 8am free they don't tell us that we have to connect after 2 am only, The only wrong done here is by BSNL and legally speaking the OP has good chance to suceed if he takes the legal route (consumer court)
