bsnl broadband disconnecting so much frequently last few days !?? anyone else seeing it too ?

bsnl recently changed download rate (kbps) gets adjusted automatically depends on your snr value, which makes our router to connect at minimum 6db (Which is very bad, frequent disconnection)

ok so lets post our snr values and see hows the difference in rate of disconnection happening all over
mine is

Attenuation (dB):	30.0	18.5

too much disconnections like a week now..

i complained a day back. the line man repaired saying he fixed cleaning some wires rusty etc.. then it was ok all day , now today from afternoon i got this problem .. frequent disconections.. sometimes all lights wil be stable.. but no internet would be coming , if comes its just for few couple of minutes , then all lights stable- no internet.. this is like for whole day now.
