Hi,
There was a lightning here 2 weeks ago and my broadband has not been working from that time. Meaning my whole town broadband is not working. And its gonna be more than 15 days now.

Is there any way to get rebate or less bill? Coz it was fault of BSNL that I dint get to use broadband for more than 15 days in a month?

Thanks.

Did you got a complaint no ? If yes, you are eligible. Talk to the accounts officer.

Actually the main office is 30 kms away from my place. All I have done is an online complaint on that selfcare portal? or Do I need to complain somewhere else? Its still not working. Stil fail from 16th May.

Also, I tried to call main office but employees so lazy that they dont even pick up call. Yesterday one guy picked it up and talking rudely as if i am the employee and he is the customer. I also wanna complain against him

You need 2 things

1. Proof that your connection is down for 10 days or more

2. An initiative by the accounts officer on the same

You need to figure out how you are planning to do these.

Even they know that its fail from that day only. Or maybe I can get some people who use broadband here to sign with details? Or ask the guy who manages bsnl here to sign it since he knows its fail.

I have been BSNL customer for 8 years my friend. Even if you open a ticket, the lineman keeps on closing the tickets without solving them. I have had months at a time without internet and BSNL hardly seems to care about it. And I have not got a single paisa rebate all these years. Even the security deposit that I pay them is not adjusted or returned in case of plan downgrade. But in case of plan upgrades, they charge the excess security deposit in the bill almost immediately. I am from a Tier 1 city and state capital i.e. Guwahati. So, I can understand how much problem you would be facing in a remote area.
