BSNL Broadband fail from 2 weeks

@Zaman2011 Ya, I am also using bsnl from past 7 years. Although my lineman doesnt even know B of Broadband. He is too old. LOL
He is advised to do stuff from main office people. Mostly they do it but there are times they have no idea. They dont even know whats SNR.
I hate BSNL, but thats the only broadband I have at my place.

Bsnl problem here for past 3 weeks.frequent disconnection.no use of complaining.pathetic service. Sadly i dont have any other ISP in my area.i am irritated with bsnl connection.
