BSNL Broadband : Frequent disconnection problem

My dataone is getting disconnected and reconnected frequently. I have complained several times. Their reply is the problem is in Tele Exchange. After that some times problem will not be there and after two or three days the same thing is happening. I fed up with this what to do now?
