BSNL Broadband: Getting 1mbps on 4mbps connection

You can book a complaint via 1504 too I think. However, they do act on complaints logged via selfcare. They take about 2 days to call up but the resolution is usually done in a matter of hours by the backend team, in my experience.

i think you must be in north so ndc. i am in south so sdc works for me in the URL.
 
i think u need to reset the modem settings, i also have the same modem and i am using bsnl as isp ,no problem as per desired speed of 1 Mbps. I am getting it.Just configure the modem one more time i think u have ur problem solved..
