when i click that link , it doesn't show happy browsing

it says you have exhausted ur data and then gives 2 options - upgrade or decline

start ur modem again and follow the same procedure.What mode r u using PPPOE or Bridge mode to connect to net?

how do i find the mode ?

You can find it in modem setup page .Just type 192.168.1.1 in ur browser and box will pop up asking for passowrd and id Default id is admin and password is admin too unless it changed in ur router.

Most importantly do u use a dialer to connect to net or ur net is always on?

i was getting 2 mbps and only after clicking on the link i got 4 mbps I did not even turn off my modem

omg this is exactly what happened to me. I have to get it cancelled i am assuming.

i finally got it today guys , i clicked the link that i got when i exhausted pre-fup speed

it showed me 2 options - upgrade or decline

i chose upgrade and in the top up menu there was an option called unlimited fup promo , i clicked that and i am getting 4 mbps unlimited now
