Happy New Year to Chennai folks from BSNL. We now know how one week of discount for floods is to be compensated - by a permanent increase.

So, we did about 50+ rupees worth of calling during floods, as there are Rs.100 worth of free calls within network available, 30+ was within network (which in any case would be free). So we got about 20-30 rupees benefit from BSNL, which they would recover in Feb bill & then profit :russianroulette:
