BSNL Broadband Heavy packet loss & Slow speed Due to Cable Cut in Middle East

I am also facing very low speed, also im not getting any Sg site.

My boss is getting this site(he is in sg), but i am not.

it is opening from here but overall net sucks. Since the repairs are in progress I will not disturb the BSNL morons.

try changing the DNS to DNS Advantage or Open DNS

I tryed by changing the DNS, now its work fine.But Donwload speed still Stuck.

these cables are restored now..but BSNL broadband continues to be slow... who is going to repair these BSNL Babus..
