BSNL Broadband: Is download Limit effect by number of Days in Month ?

Hi friends.i am curious about one thing.i have Home 500 c+ plan, in which i have 2.5 GB day download limit(monthly).my question is, that in February month days are less then other months. is download limit depends on days in month. or i will get full 2.5 GB in this month.Comments !!!!!!!:cool2:

Your download limit is ir respective of the days or the nights........ It depends on the billing cycle...... you have 2.5 gb per billing cycle.......

Yes. Full 2.5 GB or whatever your plan allows from 00:00:01 hour of first Feb to 23:59:59 hour of twenty eighth of this month.

BSNL data usage carries over so if you are cutting it tight you might wanna reboot the modem on first March at 00:05:00 just to be safe.

Hi, please explain the underlined part about the "carries over.

I thought that whatever is unused lapses by the end of the month.
