BSNL Broadband Link Light not glowing

Hello, I have bsnl broadband dataone. My modem is SmartAX MT882. The link light is not glowing although all the connections have been made. I have also filled in the ip adress and other enter entries in tcp/ip properties and in the browser by typing ip address at the top. Please tell as to how I have to proceed. Thank you.
 
Was it working earlier?Filling in the tcp/ip properties won't help in the modem's link light. Either you are connecting to the phone port of the splitter instead of the modem port or your modem is dead. Another possibility is that there is a problem at BSNL end and you might have to register a complaint.
 
if its a recent problem.. then its better to wait or give a complaint , its probably a problem on their side..

See the icon is green for VPIVCI 0_35 Click the icon" Note"
Check in diagnostics. If needed I can post screen shots.
Give feed back.
