BSNL service is good as long as you are not encountering a problem and need to contact them. I once had the opportunity to deal with them, when I needed to temporarily disconnect my dataone. When I wanted to re-enable, it took more than a month. And funny, after all those frustrating visits to their offices and after about a week of re-connection, a lady called to check if my problem was solved.

After making 100s of calls, my friend was finally successful in getting a new password for his fraudband account. 
Hi My friend also had that problem, He also changed the password as his self.Than he could not connect internet Tell your friend or go to cyber cafe than go into USAGE website and login into webste and go where u have changed password...now enter new password ( try the password which u have first ). U will able to connect internet Good Luck:thumb:
