BSNL Broadband: Pages are not loading properly

Your line looks OK. IS there any disturbance in your line?Even I had experienced the same when I was on BSNL. It was due to some routing problem. Register a complaint. Call your local exchange and see what they can do.

I am having same issue in Bangalore for past 2 weeks. Downloads are fine. But webpages don't load. After refreshing it for 2-3 times finally it comes up.Downlink SNR - 7Attenuation - 60I think SNR is too low.Switched from Google DNS to OpenDNS. But still same issue

I think SNR is too low.

Switched from Google DNS to OpenDNS. But still same issue

My Parameters:

SNR (Downstream) 23.00 dB
SNR (Upstream) 28.0 dB
Line Attentuation(Downstream) 38.0 dB
Line Attentuation(Upstream) 20.0 dB

I too noticed unstable connection since past few days. The browser tries to contact the website, after after some time it gives "connection was reset" error in Firefox. After multiple attempts of Refresh, it works.Looks like some issues with BSNL network in some areas.

i am facing the same problem, my download speed is same as before, but browsing is tooo slow. have to refresh many times to load the page completely,i ping the google, and its getting replies continuously, and also i recently changed my telephone cable, sound quality of my landline phone is crystal clear, i think this is the problem at bsnl end.

Same thing happening to me. Connection is too slow with LAN, but wifi is working fine. Tried everything I know. A friend of mine is also facing the same problem. Wish it is a line problem.

Looks like its a problem with BSNL.... I am also experiencing the same issue!
Downloads are fine, line checks are fine, SNR' and such values are fine... and even speedtest is fine!

But browsing is too slow (on 2mbps ...)
Wifi + lan, both work the same way!..

Yes. I see you are from Bangalore like me. A lot of people I know are facing very erratic speeds from the last 3 to 4 days. Sometimes it is normal but most often speeds are very low

I can confirm it as it started again as last time.. Speeds dropped from 2mbps to 128kbps for my side!
