BSNL Broadband: pls help about bsnl broadband bill

First of all i take the modem on rental basis. 2. plan home 500, free usage upto 2.5 gb. i use 2978090kb (chargeable units (kb) excluding night unlimited). they charged me 1137.22.in my calculation it should be (2909-2500) = 409x.80= 327.20____________________________________________________________So please help me what should i do.

14 digit portal ID and password.
3.In My Orders see whether it shows
Home 250 or Home 500.

ardr instalment in 3 instalments for Rs 1000 Rs 333/33
( usually one month BB rental taken )

Give feedback. You can ask A.O to charge
only modem rental
But security deposit will have to be paid.

why would you get back 1600rs when you got the modem on rent?

i have a beetel 220 bxi modem. so i want to submit the bsnl provided modem.

if your broadband connection starts from say, 10th jan then calculation becomes pro-rata. it means that free limit now becomes (20/30)*2.5GB. rental is (20/30)*240. you have to calculate accordingly. (20/30 because you have used the service for 20 days)
