BSNL Broadband: Siemens C2110 working on Laptop but not on desktop?

Hii All.......I am using BSNL Dataone for since one year at my Home Desktop PC ......but from a few days My modem is not responding ......we checked at our neighbours Laptop its working fine there, but not on any desktops.....my neighbours Modem is Nokia Siemens C2110 and our is Seimens C2110.....my neighbour modem is working on my Desktop.......I consulted a person ,he told that Bsnl people have changed some configurations in signals .... and they are doing changes in modem to LLC mode...and it will working fine after that......What is this LLC and how could we get it from Internet.....as it is very hectic to go BSNL office and get done this job......please...help me for this unusual problem....

Select TCP/Ip
properties
Obtain an IP address automatically. Apply SAVE
OR
2. Carefully do a firmware update, if required.
3. Confirm you are using Dialer mode.

Hii..thanks for your reply......I have done accordingly as in the download file in configuration for multiusers...the firmaware is upgraded but DSL status is showing "FALSE"....do we have to reste the modem by RST button .....i did it also and repeat the steps but the modem still not works......kindly help ...is there other configuration or upgradation left.....Sterlite modem is also working fine...

Hii....by using a dialer window...... First it asks for Coneect...then it comes Veryfying User Name and Password....Registering your computer on network

hii....i have tried again...now the DSL status is true and PPPOE under Intrenet Configuration is showing WAn IP address.......but still net is not connecting............still cant understand what the problem is....

Post connection status page screen shot.Post ipconfig /all datastart run type cmd type ipconfig /allwhen connected with sterlite modem and c2110 modem.

Hey....i tried it again and i have done it.....it is not working through dialer but connects directly when system starts.......it is working fine...thanks for your support and help:dance:

HIii again......sorry for troubling u again.......but I m in very frustated situation now....first it was Home Pc which was haiving prob now the Office PCs......I am using DATAONE broadband connection ,modem Sterlite Smartax MT 882.....I have 2 PCs with XP Os in both systems ...LAN is sharing and both can be access easily....BUT BUT! INTERNET is not working on the other one but working on Main system......please sugeest what to do....I have checked all firewalls settings and all....no result....please help....:huh:

Start Network LAN properties
TCP/IP page
highlight TCp/Ip
properties

select
Obtain Ip address automatically.
SAVE apply.

Please use short sentences .
give space between sentences.
