hi ppl My plan is BSNL home Unlimited 750 plan , my speed test show 0.42Mb/s download and 0.10Mb/s upload. ping is 438ms.why i m getting so low speed, comparing to the above other ppl speeds.help me out ppl....:huh:

Your upload speed is less but your download speed is more than what you should be getting.

0.42 Mb/s = 420 Kbps = > 32 KBps or 256 Kbps which we normally get for UL 750. I am also using the same plan. Speed changes with different servers. To check actual speed, try a download from Microsoft and check.
