Usually, I have noticed that BSNL adds/changes plans during end of Financial Year. If you would have noticed, this time BSNL favored the Unlimited Plan users . They doubled the speed for a month and added new Unlimited Plans with Fair Usage Policy.In your opinion, when will be the next change to Tariffs? 
I know its a "too early" question.In one of the thread, someone was saying that the Double Speed offer may stay permanent to give competition to other providers. Even he/she mentioned that he got this info through a reliable source within BSNL.Is there any BSNL reliable source who can throw some light on the future offers. I was using 256kbps UL for long. Recently, I changed my plan on 01-Apr and not happy due to "Fair Usage Policy". If no new plans are coming, then I would go for 512kbps UL without any Fair Usage Policy.Whats the review of 512kbps UL? Hope there is no hidden Fair usage policy in that.
