Now u will get weekly Broadband usage SMS in ur Registered Mobile number..

You can start this service from OpenDNS or Web Registration for Usage Alerts

Just fill the necessary details and u will receive ur first sms within Hours of Registration.

After that, Install that WEB CLIENT in ur computer.Using this u can check ur Total usage on a SINGLE CLICK[i mean it](Even without entering user name and password every time.).

NB:-In the web client u need to enter ur user name or Password for the one time registration.

So no more Usage/Huge bill problem for BSNL Broadband users now onwards..

ok, i registered and got my usage (as you said) within hours...now, do i have to wait for a week to get the next alert ???is there any way to receive the usage alert by sending any service command ???

No. We cannot request this service.

I got my 2nd sms exactly after 7 days.No provision for that now.Hope, that may come in future.
