BSNL Broadband: Cannot open the BSNL portal to check usage!!!

Today, strangely the portal says 'You don't have a broadband connection' :wall:

It even says i don't have any facilities availed yet.

From the last 3 months, they are struggling to get the portal functioning properly. All in vain!!!
And we have to suffer even after paying our bills promptly

They better attach a health warning to this site!

I had the same experience as you have reported. I opened an account for a friend. All was "okay" for some days in that there was a phone connection (without any useful information obviously) and then one fine day that was "vanished" and there was an invitation to apply for a new connection.

I didn't mention it here because it might look like too much complaining.

data.bsnl.in for Chennai circle users. ( also may be Kolkata also not verified )
for users with id @ bsnl.in with 14digitPortalid issued by BSNL

4 selfcare portals are available now.
selfcare.sdc mostly A.P/Karnataka/Kerala/Tamilnadu ( except Chennai) USERID chosen by user
selfcare wdc Maharastra/Gujarat etc: same
selfcare edc West Bengal NE states etc same
selfcare ndc Punjab/UP /MadhyaPradesh etc. same

Old users with @ dataone.in userid same as for logging in.
usage web sites/different.

It is presumed members are complaining about their own self care portals.
which they could access and check usage earlier.
which cannot be checked without userID and PW. Data fox add on also will not work
for selfcare portals.

Apart from usage check many other menu options are available.
6.
For usage members are advised to use NetworX or Shaplus applications. as standby .

All BSNL domains are somewhat having a troll from past 1 month....!!Some circle oriented sites are opening....!!I dunno why...!!!Try using a USA based proxy...like 68.XX series....that helped me...!!
