Since you could select DMZ,
Your modem/router page should be similar. see other option/s Virtual servers/port triggering also.

i dont have port triggering... but i do have the Virtual Servers option ... but no clue as to how to set it .... dont really know much abt configuring routers :huh: ... any help would be really appreciated
 
ok.. no probs... a friend of mine set it up for me... used that Virtual Servers thingy :thumb:
 


/members/ridam/Request: Please post the screenshot of the Device Status page , and the virtual server page of the modem/router.If same as W3002G1 only Device Status page needed
 
Is port forwarding is enabled for all plans by default?
I am on 256 Unlimited (Home Unlimited 750 Plus), but when I tried, this didn't work...
 
If you are on "Dialer" mode only DMZ option will be seen.
Change to PPPoE in wan page and enter your UserId PW etc.
See this link for similar modem/router/WIFI with same
hardware board and menu pages.
