BSNL Broadband: wher is my usage?

m using xp on my pc with home 500 plan.
m using auto power on soft which is quite famous for night downloading.
m mostly uploding as i dont hav HD space left.
so m uploding abt 1 gb everyday.
but god knows why this usage is not shown in my usage on bsnl portal.

it shows no night usage betn days 16-17 and 17-18.
but i m sure that abt 1 gb is uploded everday
and also total upload shown on top is also less if we suppose abt 1 gb everyday.
what could be the possible problem?
should i contact bsnl?

If you have Home 500 plan, ,.TEST:Try a short download/surf 0150 AM to 0230 AMcheck readings later. Recent posts have shown that meter ,stops around 0200AMand starts again at 0200AM with a short gap. ( for NU users )May be BSNl has stopped recording usagefor NU plans.

@marcopoloxpThanks for prompt post/screenshotconfirming BSNL Portal usage meter has been reset to break/restart data usage recording correctly.at 0200AM and 0800 AM.Thanks again.2. Noted that NU readings are still shown.

but if bsnl is not showing NU is below column,why it is not even counting in total usage,say total upload in MB.i have used NU for about 18 nights in this month.and hence about 1 gb upload was done everyday which makes total upload of atleast 18 GB.but its still showing 15 GB till today.should i complain to BSNL for not showing right usage?and btw essbebe,sorry for uploding image in wrong formatbut i donw know a good and simple image hosting site.
