bsnl broadband wifi not working

hi,i have a utstarcom modem...the problem in have been having recently is that the wlan light isnt lighting up and wifi netwrok is not being shown up on my laptop and i phone and also my Nokia phones...in short the wifi isnt working...athe internet is working fine on my desktop via a lan cable...also i have my wifi modem in one room and i cannot get any signal in the other rooms...how do i resolve this problem...need help...dhruv

@dhruvconnect in PPP/PPPoE mode. enter useridPW in wan page.Enable dhcp. give range say 192.168.1.3 to 192.1168.1.10Enable UpNp if available.In computers/laptops network/lan/wlan PropertiesTcp/ip properties obtain ip address automatically.Check"Sticky" link WA 3002-G4 in this forum for screen shots for wifi setting.Feedback.

is the wireless section in the modem settings page still there or not ?
if not then im afraid that the wlan IC of the router is dead.... in that case the only solution is to replace the modem.
