Wifi not working

are you able to ping router when you configure static ip?
Enable DHCP in modem.
Test again in College and post ipconfig/all data
i am able to ping with the static ip...and i have tried each and every combination in router settings but the internet is not workin....
i am having holidays in college so i cant post the data now. but i dont think that gonna help because college hav their own direct satellite link for internet. they dont use my modem for internet
. I tried in college to confirm that there is no problem in my laptop.
well i think its problem from bsnl because i used the same modem and laptop at my friends home there i was able to dial using wifi.( he too hav dataone)
