This thread is about BSNL 2 Mbps Speed upgrade. You said 2 Mbps speed is post FUP & covered under Digital India campaign. Its clearly not the case & never was.

I'm on 512kbps Gill saab , i'm really unsatisfied with BSNL's offering of honeymoon package which lasts 1 hour every month. It really sucks when you're forced to dry hump with remaining 719 hours.
Nah, It happened with me couple of times in the past. They used to have glitch which resets your monthly quota in the middle of month. Your account will reset again next month! So enjoy!
Right now, I completed my quota and still getting 225kb/s. I am in fear of getting charged??

A 4 Mbps plan without FUP is better than 16 Mbps plan with FUP. Yeah, that's what i want to say.
Is anyone having trouble in checking their data usage on bsnl broadband. Their selfportal is opening but when I click on anything the page shows an error. The mobile app shows 90 Gb used but the top up page on the browser shows that I have 140 Gb remaining. Usually the top up page is updated. Is anyone having this issue?

Which plan you have? Top-up page and BSNL app is working as intended here.
