BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

After a power surge my ping gets reduced to 30 from above 400 and also my speed gets incresed to 2mbps before only 1.86mbps. I am proud of you BSNL and electricity(KSEB)

Lol , Guys how many of you having 800 Home BB ULD 6 GB FUP plan automatic migrated from 750. because i see the result that even if you cross the 6 GB you still get more 2Mbps ..since last 1 and Half year i was getting flat 1 Mbps even after crossing 6 GB , so what is exactly BSNL plan given to me ? any idea ?
 
GOOD NEWS for me At Rs.1950 now I can get 2mbps unlimited from local ISP Youtube and Livetv and Online Video watcher like me desperately need 2mbps connection. I think BSNL going to lose another user if local ISP can give 80% speed then it is sufficient for me as long as I am not a downloader but an watcher. Though I am hesitating because Rs.1950/- is not small amount for an average Indian but indeed Good News.
 
This 512 kbps is way to low.. I am on a 675 plan.. What's the next Plan for minimum 1 mbps speed.. Kindly tell me.
 
One more point to add here, lot of guys claim my ping has imprroved. But i think they miss the point that somewhere in background speedtest changes the server according the best avilable one based on netowkr and other factors. I preffer, make sure you manually select one best server as per you isp. This would give you a correct picture as that point of reference (server) will always be constaint.
