I face problems not because of BSNL but from PWD people cutting of underground lines frequently. But our circle AE is very polite in explaining about the situations when ever I call. Local exchange guys don't have a clue how broadband works though.

Yeah . I face similar wire cutting problems.. From work of various other departments like water, sanitary, gas.. Blah blah blah
